By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest.
How you’ll make an impact:
Utilize analytical tools, statistical methods, and structured analysis to improve business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making;
Provide expert functional insights to client processes, operating as a subject-matter specialist and identifying improvement opportunities, savings, and value-add initiatives;
Design and develop business models to analyze client data, generate meaningful insights, and align operations with business KPIs;
Manage multiple projects end-to-end, applying strong planning, organizing, and project management skills while supporting continuous improvement programs (e.g., Six Sigma);
Prepare, update, and present reports, metrics, and findings to stakeholders; conduct client calls and collaborate closely with leadership teams to resolve issues and accelerate outcomes;
Identify root causes of business or process problems, propose resolutions, and drive quality, efficiency, and process improvement strategies across functions and centers;
Develop and maintain global training and reference materials, supervise junior team members, and train staff on new or enhanced processes, tools, and policies;
Support tool testing, cross-functional initiatives, and the integration of quality and continuous improvement frameworks into broader operational and client programs.
Skills that make your work successful:
Experience in HR delivery projects between 3-6 years;
Strong stakeholder management skills;
Excellent command in spoken and written German and English;
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across complex projects;
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments;
Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivery quality and satisfaction;
Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
