By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid setup from our office in Bucharest.
How you’ll make an impact:
Process Support:
Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert;
Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor;
Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries;
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems;
Pay close attention to quality of written and verbal English skills within Team;
Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment;
Ensure LWI’s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates;
Ensure process controls are followed; Maintain, validate.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
Good knowledge of English, B2 level;
Min 2 Years experience in HR processes.
Desirable
Support queries from candidates and internal teams on the generated offer letters;
Execute processes like employee document verification;
Support queries related to hiring tools issues and processes;
Make changes in Google hiring tools;
Support queries and processes that recognize Googlers;
Support pre and post payroll related queries;
Support queries and processes related to Flexible Work Approvals and Letter Requests;
Support queries and processes related to other Benefits requests (including but not limited to Travel Insurance, Child Care, and other Benefit Programs);
Support Sick Leaves Benefits and Policies;
Manage External Employment Verification Requests;
Manage gScribe for Standard / Verification and Visa Letters;
Exposure to BPO industry;
Knowledge of using recruitment management system like Taleo, Kenexa etc;
Experience in hiring volumes or niche skills.
