Data Content Reviewer with English (British English or South African Dialect)

By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid setup, in Bucharest or Brasov location.
How you’ll make an impact:
Review and validate texts, images, videos, audio, and other forms of content for data annotation;
Categorize and label objects, actions, or contexts within the content to ensure data accuracy for AI models;
Ensure metadata is updated correctly based on the reviewed content;
Adhere strictly to client policies, guidelines, and standards to maintain consistency and quality throughout the annotation process.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
Experience interacting with customers from the UK, Ireland, or South Africa;
Background in BPO, call center operations, or direct customer interaction;
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in English Studies, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field;
Ability to identify and distinguish between different English variations, including spelling, vocabulary, and tone.
Proficiency in British English and/or South African English is required:
English level: C1 (tested) or a minimum of B2+;
Extensive vocabulary demonstrated through word usage.
