By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid way.
How you will make an impact:
Delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on delivery assurance, exception management & inventory management;
Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders;
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products;
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors;
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations;
Work closely with client and address risks/queries independently;
Generate client required reports and agreed frequencies;
Work closely with leads to understand their supply chain goals. To align business requirements with systems and process solutions that ensure overall objectives are met;
Provide Root cause analysis, What if analysis in the domain of PO placements/On-Time delivery/Inventory Planning/Exception Management.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
Demonstrated competency evaluating operational performance, formulating actionable tactics and strategies, developing business cases for change, and managing change in a supply chain context;
Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment;
You have at least a B2 German & English language level;
You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
Excellent team player, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies.
