By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a remote way.

How you’ll make an impact:  

  • Provide individual employee coaching and guidance on skill development and growth, connecting people to projects keeping both personal and key practice strategy and priorities at the forefront;

  • Work closely with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities;

  • Connect with Business Practice Lead to understand business/practice strategy and current performance (including metrics such as chargeability and bench) and use that knowledge as coach;

  • Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business;

  • Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities;

  • Have honest and transparent conversations, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.

Qualifications

Skills that make your work successful:  

  • You have at least B2 Italian & English language skills;  

  • Relevant HR experience of at least a year;

  • Good communication skills;

  • MS Office pack proficiency
