How you’ll make an impact:
Provide individual employee coaching and guidance on skill development and growth, connecting people to projects keeping both personal and key practice strategy and priorities at the forefront;
Work closely with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities;
Connect with Business Practice Lead to understand business/practice strategy and current performance (including metrics such as chargeability and bench) and use that knowledge as coach;
Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business;
Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities;
Have honest and transparent conversations, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
You have at least B2 Italian & English language skills;
Relevant HR experience of at least a year;
Good communication skills;
MS Office pack proficiency
