Contribute to formulation of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy

Define, manage and/or support programs, create initiatives and plans for deployment of Human Capital Strategy

Support development of frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies

Define and monitor a Change Journey plan

Support creation and refinement of S&C talent strategy

Conduct internal and external research to inform recommendations and actions for talent strategy priorities

Gather, synthesize, and analyze data to drive insights

Assess current capabilities and culture of S&C service and identify gaps that must be addressed to successfully mobilize talent strategy

Consult with HRBPs to launch talent strategy programs

Monitor implementation and progress of talent strategy priorities and programs Ensure change journey and communications approaches are developed and implemented

Monitor overall effectiveness of talent strategy programs by monitoring key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and progress against outcomes

Develop, execute, support talent strategy programs

Develop, deliver, and/or support programs aligned with S&C Talent Strategy priorities and business goals

Define requirements to shape talent strategy programs, processes, and services to fulfill business needs

Serve and/or support processes for ensuring employees needs are met Inclusion and Diversity

Support development and implementation of I&D programs

Delivering global inclusion and diversity programs for existing and new segments of diversity

Shaping solutions to address inclusion and diversity priorities


3 years Experience in change management

Employee experience,

Talent strategy and/or in relevant areas

4 years under graduate degree is requiredExperience working in global team is good to have
