We partner with Legal teams across Accenture to build efficiencies and centres of excellence related to Legal services; and through our size, geographic spread and language diversity, the Global Legal Network is able to drive quality, agility and speed in our services, aligned to Accenture’s relentless focus on maximum efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

  • Document, review, draft and negotiate terms and conditions of various agreements and other legal documents (e.g. Supplier contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, RFP responses, Statements of Work, etc.) relevant to the CORE (Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics) support area for Romania;

  • Provide support on drafting agreements with suppliers and guiding internal stakeholders in managing the contractual relationships with suppliers;

  • Cooperate with local and/or international corporate functions (i.e. procurement, marketing, HR, etc.) business teams and legal teams mainly from Romania;

  • Manage compliance related issues on data privacy and data security area;

  • Manage entity maintenance activities for Romania to ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements;

  • Manage basic regular employment matters;

  • Manage the relationship with different authorities for obtaining licenses;

  • Formulate legal opinions on different areas of law;

  • Keep the relationship with notary, Trade Registry, translation offices;

  • Verify new legislation;

  • Create presentations and trainings for specific legal matters;



Qualifications

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Romanian University Degree in law;

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a large multi-national company;

  • Strong background in drafting/reviewing and negotiation of supplier agreements;

  • Fluent (incl. at legal level) in Romanian and English;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to effectively multi-task;

  • Skilled at liaising across multiple business and legal functions to coordinate and implement input from internal stakeholders;

  • Ability to work in multicultural environment;

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
