  • V&A


Qualifications

Generic Responsibilities

  • Have regular calls with the team (Conflicts of Interest)
  • Manage the PersonalConflicts Inbox (Conflicts of Interest)
  • Handle PersonalConflicts requests (Conflicts of Interest)
  • Send the Ethics and Compliance Welcome Letter and Follow-up (V&A)
  • Track and follow up for PMI Input on new acquisitions (Conflicts of Interest)

Specific Responsibilities aligned to Role

  • For Conflicts of Interest
  • Manage the inbox
  • Answer inquiries received directly by e-mail
  • Receive new requests
  • Summarize new requests and send them to the correspondent Counsel
  • Include new request into the Master Tracker
  • Keep the information related to the requests updated within the Master Tracker
  • Send e-mail to requester or counsel as needed
  • Send weekly follow-ups to and have weekly follow-up calls with Counsel
  • Work on the constant improvement of the tool
  • Help in the design on the new tool
  • Gather information and put together metrics for the Program

  • For V&A
  • Maintain the ‘Ethics Welcome Letter tracker’ constantly updated
  • Send COBE Letter and Data Privacy related documents into the correspondent contacts for each different project
  • Update the status of the letter into the tracker
  • Save a copy of e-mails sent or screenshots which contain the Ethics Letter to employees
  • Have bi-weekly calls with Compliance and Ethics Counsel Manager
  • Ask for PMI input and follow-up with each different SME
  • Maintain the PMI Tracker updated

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Being Organized is a must

  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Knowledge of legal jargon
  • Good listener in order to understand the needs of the team members
