Work Schedule: 9:30 - 18:30.
Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
Receiving contract requests and creating draft contracts using templates based on client’s quality and compliance requirements;
Handling approvals and validations to create the contract;
Working with the local sales team to ensure deals are set up correctly in the system;
Facilitating the steps for client signature;
Inserting additional information to complete setting up agreements;
Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects;
Updating and maintaining various systems and tools;
Proactively managing the seller portfolio and creating contracts supporting the predictive nature of business.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
You have advanced English and German language skill;
You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
You are a team player with good communication skills;
You are self-motivated, with a positive attitude and approach;
You are able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
You are responsible in a work environment;
Little or no previous work experience? Not a problem, as you will have access to extensive training and work side by side with experienced colleagues.
