Role overview

Your main responsibility will be to drive the full recruitment process in close cooperation with our stakeholders. Furthermore, you will get direct exposure to our business leaders, advising on sourcing and recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process from A-Z.

Our recruiting processes are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with our talented and dedicated professionals, all working towards a shared goal. 
You will have direct contact to our many cooperation partners, participating in the creation of new recruiting initiatives and optimizing the recruiting processes. Mentoring and coaching recruiters will also be part of your priorities.


  • Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions;

  • Ensures execution of recruiting strategies and marketing efforts if needed to fulfill demand;

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder groups;

  • Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers, responsibility for regular updates and communication about ongoing projects;

  • Influence and guide hiring leaders to leverage the best practices in hiring;

  • Manage full cycle recruitment for hiring’s, from capturing & validating the demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks to pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners;

  • Passion for Recruitment developed while tasting it within 4-5 years as Technical Recruiter, in house or within a recruiting agency;

  • Thorough knowledge of local talent landscape as well as technology trends;

  • Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative;

  • Experience managing a diverse group of senior stakeholders – often with conflicting interests – to provide solid recruitment solutions to talent plans;

  • Skilled in recruiting volume campaigns alongside niche, targeted recruitment efforts utilizing a range of sourcing strategies;

  • Commercially minded with a key focus on the business aims and proven negotiation skills in both dealing with candidates and external suppliers;

  • An awareness of the latest employment legislation;

  • Skilled in recruiting direct candidates from a range of different sources;

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel reporting;

  • Workday experience is a plus.
