Job Description

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

  • Assign team resources to work, communicating allocated budget, schedule, and macro approach

  • Empowered to make decisions for your team and ultimately accountable to ensure your team creates their deliverables on budget, on schedule with the appropriate quality

  • Manage resources to achieve these assignments – deliverables, budget, schedule, and quality SLA

  • Identify and manage issues and risks and act as an escalation point within the team

  • Schedule, assign, and track deliverable signoffs for deliverables owned by the team – approvers/reviewers, peer reviews, audits etc.

  • Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities – maximize reuse, minimize redundancy, streamline, drive 1:1s

  • Serve as process expert / coach for the team’s owned standard deliverables – optimize for the supported capability group type etc.

  • Facilitate sharing of best practices – Identify and drive productivity improvements

  • Support recruiting and interviewing potential new team members

  • Cross train for better multi client support

  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)

  • Develop and deliver performance feedback – collect input from others.
