Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
Coordinate a team of 30+ HR & payroll and adm professionals during transition phase to ensure training, practice and results are done as per plan and client expectations and then further post go live to deliver contractual services
Track and provide team status using standard templates, actively participates in internal and client calls to share the results, identified risks, proposed mitigation actions and support needed
Follow the transition plan in collaboration with transition lead and HR experts to ensure the procedures are accurate and complete and used by the team members
Together with the team leaders that he/she is managing, the SDL ensures that the work is done as per the payroll or activity calendar and using the procedures documented, respecting agreed timelines, deadlines and quality.
Raises risks and issues on time, providing complete information available to the relevant stakeholders, pro-actively manages escalations, identifies and put in place solutions, monitors their achievement
Ensures the team understands their roles and responsibilities, their daily activities and deliver results as per SLA & KPIs agreed with the client
Drives client discussions on status updates, risks, issues, expectations, improvements
Creates a culture of improvement driving together with HR & Payroll experts improvement agenda (review of processes, gathering ideas, work with different parties to realize them).
Manage through team leaders a mixed team of resources delivering payroll and HR services, with different levels of experience and results, ensuring balanced workload, support, driving efficiencies and sustaining a wellbeing environment focused on the team, caring about individual team members
Agrees on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, team performance metrics and scope for a Client Service Service Delivery Team.
Assigns resources and is ultimately accountable to ensure their team or extended team creates deliverables on budget, schedule and with the appropriate quality.
Interfacing with Contract Service Management Leads, Project Managers and the Client Service Service Delivery Team.
Assigns team resources to work communicating allocated budget, schedule, macro approach and deliverables
Empowered to make decisions for their team and ultimately is accountable to ensure their team creates their deliverables on budget, on schedule, and with the appropriate quality
Track and create provide team status using standard templates and actively participate in appropriate internal and external status meetings
Skills that make your work successful:
English Language Level B2-C1 or German Language Level B2-C1
At least 6 years experience in HR Operations/Services
At least 1 year experience with clients on German market
Previous experience as a team coordinator for teams with 25+ people, managing via Team Leads
