Job Summary: 

The Transaction Processing Senior Analyst performs data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolves non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. 

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible for:

  • Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation.

  • Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system( all new hires might require some direction initially).

  • Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.

  • Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate.

  • File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards.

  • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation.

  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format.

  • May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies.

        Perform data entry and research

  • Conduct data verification; audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections. Assist in audit preparation and proceedings for both internal and external auditors.

 Business Operator:

  • Review all incoming work for clarity, provide clear work directions, e.g., receive requests for assistance from the field, determine level of assistance required and respond appropriately.

  • May perform data entry or other client related tasks in various systems, as required.

  • Perform and/or ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work (e.g., proof data entry, correspondence, and other tasks) within immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Identify and assist with development of support materials for team use, e.g., training manuals, job aids, and views in databases

  • Prepare, analyze and interpret complex reports/information and formulate conclusions.

  • Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with client(s) .

  • May be accountable for ongoing management of effective client service relationship in one area of the business, by acting as main point of contact for senior client representatives.

People Developer:

  • May participate, either voluntarily or through direct manager’s request, on task forces, process teams, committees and special projects.

Qualifications

Skills that will make your work successful:

  • You have Advanced German language skills;

  • Advanced knowledge of English;

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years required in Finance/Sales Ops;

  • Knowledge of market requirements, sales processes;

  • Good knowledge of contract law;

  • Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 and MS Office skill;

  • Strong communicator with a solution-oriented approach;
