Job Description
The Recruiting Ventures Acquisitions Outsourcing Senior Analyst provides functional subject matter expertise and support for the execution of post acquisition integration of Accenture's ventures acquisitions and outsourcing transactions in certain regions.
By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM in a 90% remote setup. Hybrid work is required only for participation for events (deal meeting, classroom trainings, etc.)
How you’ll make an impact:
Support acquired recruiting teams and various involved ACN V&A Outsourcing teams to implement Recruiting integration plan and be part of the execution
Analysis of existing Recruiting processes and support solutioning for future processes in the ACN landscape;
Support in the documentation of the relevant process flows for Recruiting non standard processes;
Implementation of workarounds to Recruiting standard processes;
Preparation, conducting and follow up of workshops;
Set up and preparation of systems, recruiting and onboarding processes;
Development of training concepts for acquired Recruiting teams, enable them to conduct non standard approaches;
Harmonization of acquired Recruiting Programs like apprenticeships, dual study or trainee programs;
Maintain V&A Playbook, stay informed & keep topics current;
Interaction
Recruiting Delivery, HR Partner, V&A Deal Execution HR Lead, V&A CAHRL, Mobilization Team, Country HR and Recruiting Lead, HR Shared Services, People Mobility, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
German and English fluent user in spoken and written;
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting as professional background, processes related desirable;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree;
Strong analytical and operational skills to be able to deep dive and structure complex Recruiting topics;
Detail oriented and high data quality;
Work with a good degree of autonomy, independence and responsibility;
Readiness of mind and proactive solutioning;
Strong MS Office skills;
Flexibility and stress resistance, comfortable in dealing with uncertainty, strong solution oriented client focus;
Experience with navigating complex matrix management organizations;
Experience in working within multifunctional teams involving various HR departments.
