Job Description

The person should be able to check for errors and problems, have good troubleshooting skills, check for the data provided and verify various aspects of it through the available tools for applications. Their affinity to solving intricate issues errors will be put to great use at multiple steps in the process. The person will also make use of their communication skills as interaction with various teams happens very often in application support process.

o Support and error handling for integration middleware system
o Apply corrections and workaround for integration middleware system
o Generates transformation of data using the tools provided
o Interprets and verifies that the transformed data is correct
o Performs various queries in SQL databases for verification and data interaction purposes
o Raise and monitor production defects related to integration middleware system
o Collaborate with development and testing teams



Qualifications

Needed
Experience with Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Web Logic, SOAP Web Service and CRM system
Passion for analysis and troubleshooting
Understanding of PL SQL databases, building queries and interacting with the data provided via SOAP WS
Experience with CRM Systems
Good understanding of telecommunication processes and tools
Good listening and quick learning
Nice to have
Ability to learn new tools and processes
Proactive approach. Able to communicate with multiple teams and or higher management
Good skills of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Word.
Resilient to change
Experience with PL SQL, Toad or other similar tools that allow for database interaction
Experience with SOAP UI PRO, creating automated flows in SOAP UI
Ability to work with custom SQL databases
English basic conversational, written and spoken
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Analytical, detail orientated
Passion for analysis and troubleshooting
