Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
An agile methodology and a strategic view are key for this role, in order to support HR Operations to meet the agreed goals in Europe teams. Achieve this by driving the Innovation agenda in collaboration with the other stakeholders transformation team, business transformation team and mobilization team
Work closely with Europe innovation focals
Assessment and design of transformation roadmap and follow up on its implementation
Identify needs and opportunities
Identify talent gaps and coordinate learning initiatives
Guide teams on use of we platform and on estimating idea impacts and savings
After implemented follow up on the planned impacts
When required, execute technology developments
Facilitate insights, reporting and status updates on impacts and achievements in Europe teams
Keep project tracker updated and ready for reports. Prioritize developments and deadlines, building a pipeline that is reflected in this tracker
Feed Innovation for HR Ops collection with solutions identified as interesting and potentiality replicable
Qualifications

Good communication skills both verbal and written English Advanced
Project management experience
Technology development experience
SharePoint design and administration. Microsoft Excel, formulas and macros
Problem solving

Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Nice to Have Skills
Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI and other Office365 package
