Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
Supporting and tracking HRSS Mobilizations, guiding our stakeholders through our processes
Estimate costs and create working plans for internal transitions and headcount movements
Work with financial team on new positions budgeting
Maintain cost allocation reports and provide support on FY financial activities
Participate and support Internal HR Operations projects
Transition Setup Solution configuration, finalizing the transition approach, preparing transition plan, including transition cost estimation
Financial Management Supporting establishment of the finance related organization, tools and processes.
Qualifications

Good communication skills both verbal and written English Advanced
Excellent Microsoft Office skills Excel, Power Point
