As a Training Admin Specialist you will be aligned to Accenture Learning, responsible for the delivery of learning & training services in Europe. Partnering with the local Learning& Development teams you will be an important part of our mission to maximize Learning through work, while mastering the Future of Work.

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

• Handle customer queries predominantly via email on general training topics (occasionally requests are being solved through online calls)

• Ensure that your guidance is aligned with the internal training policies

• Respecting a planned-communication calendar; preparing and sending out training related communications

• Monitoring training enrolments

• Build and maintain strong collaboration with your main partner, Learning& Development local team and other internal stakeholders

• Performing training financial reconciliation

• Guide the learners on how to charge their time against training completions
