Key Responsibilities: 
- Actively assist and/or conduct investigations of Conduct Counts and personnel-related allegations of misconduct registered through Accenture’s various reporting channels;
- Participate in workplace investigations and be primarily responsible for drafting accurate and thorough investigation/interview meeting notes and investigation reports for investigations impacting all Career Levels, up to and including Managing Director;
- Attend or conduct interviews; taking comprehensive interview notes and agreeing these with the interviewees; producing clear and concise investigation reports which summarize the investigation’s key findings on behalf of the investigator; 
- Translate interview notes and relevant documentation;
- Complete tasks as soon as is reasonably practical, with minimal delay and to a high standard of written English;
- Keep stakeholders (investigators, GCCM leadership, witnesses, local Employee Relations, HR or legal contacts) aware of progress;
- Support Investigators in other ad hoc activities, for example, training materials, the collation of appendices and arranging meeting logistics;
- Make accurate and timely updates of the Navex case management system as required;
- Provide management information as required;
- Support the GCCM team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Ideal candidate:

- College degree required; advanced degree in law. Specialization in Employment Law is an advantage;

- Minimum 2 years experience in legal especially in the field of employment law or litigation. Experience in assisting or conducting workplace (or other) investigations;

Excellent oral and written communication in English;

Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

- Have unwavering commitment to Conduct Counts and ability to maintain;      confidential information relating to sensitive investigations;

- Team oriented, yet able to work independently;

- Experienced to work in a multi-national and culturally diverse environment.
