Job Description

   Responsibilities:

Analysis of client spend and vendor details data and recommending buying channels, data segmentation approach to support supplier enablement plans
Lead execution of supplier on-boarding strategy as agreed with the Client and/or other stakeholders
Execute supplier on-boarding strategy on e-catalogue and/or contract enablement and/or eInvoicing and/or buyer portal for the enablement pipeline and driving the supplier adoption
Supporting the Project Change Management activities by providing relevant inputs when required. In the absence of a Change Management Lead from Project, act as one
Manage project plans, establish project governance and related materials
Provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Support supplier analysis efforts including establishing wave plans and ramp-up plans
Support documentation of future processes
Support creation of training materials for end-users and Suppliers
Prepare and conduct knowledge transfer activities to the Accenture Operations/Run teams to ensure a smooth service transition
Communicate the Client prerequisites for eProcurement systems and processes
Contribute to the design of the “to be” processes where needed, according to available best practices and polices implementation
Facilitate and / or manage (as appropriate) interactions with the following:
Accenture Operations Account Leadership, ensuring all contractual / SLA obligations are documented, understood, and met
Accenture Operations mobilisation and technology colleagues for the solution design and testing as well as the technical requirements for content, eInvoicing, contract administration and related vendor data
Delivery Centre and Client Delivery colleagues to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement with client programs
Work with customer stakeholders, and Accenture representatives to implement Supplier Enablement strategy and Procurement organization transformation (if in scope).
Lead conference calls/meetings with clients/suppliers/3rd party to coordinate the timeline and tasks to enable suppliers. Identify, research, report and complete tasks or issues related to implementation.
Effectively manage internal / external client relationships within own area of responsibility and build client relationships in the wider client environment.
Provide status reports and log issues with suppliers to client

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 5 years of work experience
Procure to Pay experience and / or a background in procurement processes / operations.
Strong Project Management background
Experience managing business outcomes-driven programs.
Experience managing and developing client relationships.
Fluent English with strong communication and negotiations skills.
Willingness to travel when required (sporadically).
