Responsibility for processing accounting transactions to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved
Responsibility for activities assigned by the team lead
Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.)
Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy
Update processes and procedures as requested by supervisor by incorporating new information
Communication and cooperation with supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines)
Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), clients, vendors, banks or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues
Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project)
Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Supervisor
Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth
Other duties as stipulated by the superiors
Fluent in English and French;
Previous accounting experience/studies or experience with accounting systems are a plus;
Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels;
Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures);
Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
Flexibility, especially in periods with high volumes of transactions;
Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks;
Excel and Word skills are a plus.
