Team Leader with Spanish – Recruitment team

Key responsibilities:


- Daily supervision of the 4 team members (e.g. delivery, process, business operations).

- Manage workloads; perform and/or ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work within immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency

- Identify and assist with development of support materials for team use, e.g., training manuals, role aids, and views in databases

- Create annual team objectives with supervisor approval; monitor and coach the team to achieve them

- Ensure completion of time and expense reports for self and team members per policies

- Perform analysis of quality audits; analyze results and develop process improvements

- Operational Excellence delivery for our partners to show the clear image of projects from daily activities (Daily huddle, Task allocation, 3x3 matrix, SLA monitoring) until monthly/quarterly/annual situations (Skills matrix, Back-up plan, Strategical projects, Benchmark of the projects, Improvements projects, contractual TAT negotiations)

- Subject matter expert for team members for entire recruitment process, peers and/or clients as assigned

Collaborate with Local Recruitment team to finalize the recruitment process

- Manage effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility; build client relationships

·    - Other specific activities: head hunting, sourcing, CV screening, phone screening and interviews, track all stages for the requisitions in Taleo and SharePoint

·     - Ability to set and strive to achieve specific, measurable, and challenging goals.

Ideal candidate:
 - University degree in HR or related fields degree in HR or related fields;
 - Fluency in Spanish and English (C1);
Overall 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Big Companies. At least 3 of those years must be related to Sourcing and Staffing. Can be mixed with other Recruitment experience
years;
- Demonstrated issue management/problem solving skills;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills; manages internal and external/client communications with individuals at all levels;
- Ability to function effectively as a team member and organize work activities for others on the team;
- Ability to set and strive to achieve specific, measurable, and challenging goals;
- Ability to develop /analyze/interpret data, rationale for alternative solutions to problems and take appropriate action.
