  •           Manage and improve the business processes;
  •           Standardize and document the process;
  •           Define clear roles and responsibilities;
  •           Set up a process governance structure and Team;
  •           Monitor process performance;
  •           Infuse leading practices;
  •           Prioritize and implement improvement opportunities;
  •           Work in a matrixed organization with teams in HQ, hub and satellites;
  •           Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.


  •           Accounting processes in depth knowledge;
  •      Experience in managing projects;
  •         People management experience – nice to have, potential is essential;
  •      Experience of at least 6 years in finance and accounting project/process;
  •           Languages : English and Spanish
  •           Passion for numbers, processes and project set ups;
  •          Reporting experience;
  •           Client management exposure and experience is needed;
  •           University graduate;
  •           Open mind, ready to work with multiple teams, excellent communication skills, able to drive processes, measure KPIs and diplomatic approach will help you be successful and love your job!
