 Job Summary: 

 

The employee manages the work of more than one delivery or process team through others.

 

The Employee agrees on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, operating metrics and scope for a Client Service/Service Delivery Team. They assign resources and are ultimately accountable to ensure their team or extended team creates deliverables on budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality. The job requires interfacing with Contract Service Management Leads, Project Managers and the Client Service/Service Delivery Team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


-        Client Service Team/Service Delivery Team Project/Support Team Management and Work Management;

-        Process Compliance/Consistency, Quality, and Continuous Improvement;

-        Process Capability Development;

-        Team Finance and Resource Management;

-        Competency and Skill Management;

-        People Development and Management;

-        Special Initiatives/Other.

Requirements:

 

·       Cost/budget Management experience;

·       Excellent communication skills in English and with various cultures;

·       Finance and Accounting background and experience;

·       Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management;

·       Problem Solving and Escalation Management;

·       Peer Reviews;

·       Experience in people management, large teams + 150 members;

·       Service Performance Management and Metrics;

·       Estimation and Planning;

·       Multiple Client Relationship Management;

·       University graduate;

·       At least 7 years of relevant experience.
