Objective of the job:
 
Provide day-to-day support in the Procure to Pay Process (PTP)/Time and Expense sub-process in English and Romanian. Objective of this role is to check whether travel expense documents of employee are accurately submitted, posted and prepared for payment, as well as respond in timely manner to queries related to employees.
 
Key tasks and activities:
 
Time and expense:
  • Perform checks in client tools on travel reports submitted by employees and relevant supporting documents attached to them; selection is made based on procedures
  • Perform checks based on physical documents arrived at Accenture location on travel reports submitted by employees and relevant supporting documents attached to them; selection is made based on procedures
  • Manual booking of travel reports in client ERP based on procedure
  • Timely response to requests received from employees (via client ERP tool and mail)
  • Analyze the employee accounts and perform clearings as required
  • Process valid advance payment employee requests
  • Run the payment proposal reports and obtain all necessary validations
  • For Romania employees perform procedure for AMEX card issuance, per procedure
  • Extract various reports as requested by client and/or supervisor
  • Participate proactively at process improvement initiatives
  • Solves issues/problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents
  • Escalate issues in timely manner to direct supervisor to seek for advice for complex issues and problems
  • Regular update of DTP’s with the frequency established by procedures
  • Other ad-hoc request
 
Required professional experience:
  • University degree
  • “Time and expense” process experience minimum 1 year is highly recommendable
  • Sound understanding of Time and Expense process
  • Previous working experience in transactional processes is an advantage
  • SAP/Concur experience is an advantage

  • Organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Time management and administrative skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance.
  • Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and judgment.
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate office equipment (e.g. fax, photocopier, and phone)
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Language requirement: Fluent or Upper Intermediate English (B2/C1).
