Key responsibilities:

Responsible for new business on-boarding coordination of contract for Bureau Services products
Activate, collect and archive customers' bill from suppliers' websites as well as directly from emails and
faxes
Input regularly in the JEM/Optima application the bill information required by the process ensuring right level
of precision in this activity and within agreed timescales
Provide support in validating the bills, following the processes linked to this and activity reporting the results
to the Bureau Account Managers on a regular basis
Help resolve queries on the bill when required depending on the SLAs of the customers
Report regularly to the Bureau Account Manager in the customer bill cycle on the set up and validation
status
Verify and update the availability of bills and the customer bills based on the internal customer priority list
Gather details from the service delivery team to maintain the client manual and update the manual at
regular intervals
Verify and update templates on energy regulations, charges, indexes and taxes to ensure accuracy and
quality
Assist the Bureau Services Manager with specific projects, service improvement initiatives and other duties
as required


Requirements:

• University degree;
• Fluency in English; 
• An organized, detailed and methodical approach to task management;
• Previous work experience – nice to have
• The ability to identify problems and resolve them swiftly;
• Good communication skills and team player
• Knowledge MS Office (good Excel Knowledge)
