The Recruitment Service Agent manages end to end  recruitment activities such as:    
 
- job posting on the local job portals, or social media platforms
- performs CV screening by using various sources
- briefly presents information about the company and the job openings to the candidates involved in the recruitment process
- schedules interviews for the local recruiters or managers
- facilitates the on-boarding process activities which include: start date negotiation, document collection, hiring in the virtual data base
- generates reports and ensures data integrity
- maintains constant communication with all the involved stakeholders (managers, local recruiters, candidates)
 
- Fluent in Dutch (B2) and English (B1-B2)
- Experience in recruitment, or other HR related processes is a plus, but not a requirement
- Studies in HR, Psychology are a plus, but not a requirement
- High attention to details
- Interested in learning and gaining experience in recruitment
- Ease in communicating with various kinds of people
- Ability to easily integrate in a team, but also able to work individually
- Ability to adapt to all changes that might occur (candidates might reconsider their application, internal job changes, changes of status, start date changes etc,.)
- Proactive in providing information and documentation
