Bill Validator with German
 
Ideal candidate
  • Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal;
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Client management experience
  • Attention to detail and an analytical spirit
  • Team player with good communication skills
Job responsibilities
  • Activate,  collect and archive the customer’s bill, from supplier’s websites as well as directly from email, faxes, mails;
  • Input regularly in the Metrics application the bill information required by the process ensuring the right level of precision in this activity and within agreed timescales;
  • Validate the bills following the internal procedures
  • Resolve queries on the bill when required depending on the Service Level Agreement of the customers;
  • Regular reporting;
  • Verify and update on a regular basis the availability of bills and the customer bill based on the internal customer priority list;
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the service delivery team;
  • Interact with other departments in order to ensure the correct stream of the information;
  • Assist the  Bureau Services Manager with specific projects, service improvement initiatives and other duties as required;
