- Job description

  • The HR Admin is accountable for performing standard tasks to a high standard. The role is also accountable for the continued currency of the documentation and work instructions associated with those tasks.

    Key responsibilities may include:
    • Administrative activities: employee data processing, labor documents creation, preparing specific addendums and work statements, providing admin support for client company’s employees 
    • Recruitment activities: posting job announcements on career sites, CV screening and interview scheduling, working with specific recruitment systems, candidates management
    • Contact Center activities: offering support to client employees with regards to their benefits, employment status and other Human Resources matters
    Ideal candidate profile:
    • Up to 2 years’ experience performing some of the duties listed above
    • Fluency in French and English;
    • University education in Social Sciences, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, depending on the role applied for
    • Team player
    • Availability to work full time
