Sales Operations
What will you do?

  • Manage sales proposal process from post-service request until signing

  • Design customized documentation to help the client decide on the best option (such as: budgetary estimates, proposals, statements of work)

  • Assist client's Sales personnel in providing a world-class service to our main enterprise customers and partners

Contract Set-up
What will you do?

  • Assist Client team with end to end process of creating and managing contracts in our internal systems

  • Implement current business processes & tools which impact our service delivery and work with the necessary owners internally to resolve any issues, and fix processes

  • Acquire good technical expertise in relevant Client technologies to quickly understand incidents and provide high-quality support

Incident Management
What will you do?

  • Respond to the incidents / issues reported by Customers

  • Identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action to resolve the issues

  • Follow the incident life cycle as defined by process viz – logging the incident with proper priority, categorization and documentation

  • Fundamental Technical know-how on system trouble shooting
