  • Administrative department activities: employee data processing, labor documents creation, preparing specific addendums and work statements, providing admin support for client company’s employees

  • Recruitment department activities: posting job announcements on career sites, CV screening and interview scheduling, working with specific recruitment systems, candidates management

  • Contact Center activities: offering support to client employees with regards to their benefits, employment status and other Human Resources matters

Ideal candidate profile

  • University education and up to 2 years work experience

  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, Turkish, Czech, Greek, Latvian, Serbian, Slovak or Ukrainian

Responsibilities include

  • Competency Management processes: goals and objectives, performance appraisals, career development plans, succession plans, performance management programs

  • Compensation and benefits processes: compensation plans, pay reviews, service and recognition programs, international assignment programs, sales commission plans, vendor co-ordination, market intelligence reviews

  • Leave, absence and data processes: leave administration, workforce data administration, organisation data administration, exit administration, benefit plan administration, reporting
