  • Administrative department activities: employee data processing, labor documents creation, preparing specific addendums and work statements, providing admin support for client company’s employees

Ideal candidate profile

  • University education and up to 2 years of work experience;

  • General Ledger activities: preparing and posting journal entries, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation processes, fixed assets management, cash and bank management, etc.

Ideal candidate profile

  • University education in Economics and up to two years of relevant work experience

  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German or Dutch

  • Analytical thinking and organized person

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;

  • Controlling – Financial Performance and Analysis processes: budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting

  • Controlling – Financial Controlling processes: project tracking, monthly reporting, project compliance, project setup

  • Accounting and reporting processes: month end close, accounts reconciliation, financial reporting, management reporting, regulatory reporting, tax reporting, cash forecasts

Ideal candidate profile

  • University education in Economics and more than minimum two years of relevant work experience

  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: German or Dutch

  • Relevant certifications for the job (CECCAR, ACCA, CIMA) represent an advantage

  • Excellent understanding and experience of US GAAP, IFRS & SOX requirements

  • Experience with MS suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate for desired results in a project environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment both as team leader and member

  • Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage
