Strategy - CEO Advisory Consultant

Our Strategy team partners closely with C-level executives to drive market disruption, large-scale transformation, and key leadership priorities, focusing on three core areas:
- Corporate Strategy: Reimagine products, services, and business models to create competitive advantage and win in the market.
- Efficiency & Cost Transformation: Redesign and optimize cost structures to improve agility and enable sustainable growth.
- Organizational Design: Shape future-ready operating models, leveraging technology and new ways of working to unlock business potential.
A role within the Strategy team is dynamic and intellectually stimulating. Each project brings new challenges and opportunities to work across industries, technologies, and client organizations. We are looking for individuals who challenge conventional thinking, bring fresh perspectives, and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Analyze client challenges and structure problems into clear hypotheses and solution frameworks.
- Understand key strategic and operational drivers, including industry trends, market dynamics, and client priorities.
- Gather and analyze data to validate insights and support decision-making.
- Apply industry knowledge to develop actionable and implementation-oriented recommendations.
- Build business cases, including financial impact and value realization.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to creating innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models by evaluating multiple scenarios and options.
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Previous experience in consulting is highly valued.
- +5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
