Job Description
At Accenture you will provide daily IT support, resolve service requests and incidents related to IT assets. Also, you will follow standard operating procedures, work as a team player with a customer service mindset, and communicate confidently with all levels of the organization.
Requisitos
Basic Requirements
Up to 4 years similar professional experience;
Provide local technical support Level 1 and 2:
- PC hardware and software support;
- Local Network, Internet and client connectivity;
- Printing & Audiovisual devices support;
Preferred Skills
Proficient in English
Maturity to understand the extreme importance of Client Data Privacy requirements and Information Security processes
Knowledge of LAN and WAN network connectivity
Ability to resolve PC hardware and software as well as audiovisual and printing related incidents
Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 support experience
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate user level
Ability to easily follow established technical operational support procedures
Nice to have experience with
Security concepts - Bitlocker, Microsoft Defender, Forcepoint, Global Protect, etc.
Supporting end user collaboration and knowledge management tools, SharePoint, teams, Videoconferencing, etc.
