As a CIVIL WIND PARK SUPERVISOR you will join the ENERGY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE team and perform the following functions:
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the wind farm site
- Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with plans, technical specifications and safety standards.
- Direct and supervise the construction team, including direct workers and contractors.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that human and material resources are available according to the project schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and ensure implementation of necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, national and international regulations applicable to electrical substations and wind farms.
- Supervise the receipt, storage and handling of construction materials on site.
- Verify the quality and quantity of the materials delivered to ensure that they meet the project specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures at the construction site.
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure that appropriate preventative measures are taken.
- Maintain detailed records of all construction activities, including construction logs, progress reports and inspection records.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting achievements and any problems or delays.
Requisitos
What we are looking for: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision of civil works, preferably in electrical substation and photovoltaic plant projects. In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques, applicable regulations and specific quality standards for wind farms. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. Driving license authorized in the EU (Exclusive) What you will like about Boslan:
