Job Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Drive the vision of the product
- Define and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with the client and key stakeholders
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create designs that meet the vision of the product
- Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready and are prepared for development
- Work closely with the development team to provide guidance around the product direction and user stories
- Accept user stories as they meet the definition of done
- Track product progress and releases
- Facilitate backlog refinement and participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective
- Drive client sprint demos alongside the scrum team
- Coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Requisitos
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner driving and delivering a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
- 3 years of experience writing features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in a product development environment
- 3 years of experience working with clients to capture experience or technology nuances and enablers and translating them into actionable next steps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have extensive knowledge of a product delivery model from inception to execution
- Have a solid understanding and ability to describe and articulate the roles within a product team and responsibilities of the roles within a full-scale product team
- Have used and/or created JIRA, Rally or Version One boards to track project scope
- Have experience using InVision/Zeplin to help develop UI/UX mocks
- Are experienced working in an Agile development process or have an Agile certification (POPM, APM, CSPO)
- Have the ability to manage conflict within an organization regarding planning and prioritization
- Have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Have strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have knowledge of current technology trends, especially in areas like Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, and AI
- Are an avid learner, initiative-taker, and team player
