Job Description:
Oversees and manages change initiatives of varying complexity and risk, ensuring the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Develops and executes comprehensive communication plans to ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational changes. Builds and sustains strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Applies effective problem-solving techniques to simplify complex information, creating actionable insights and strategies for organizational change. Ensures all change management and communication activities are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives and oversee their successful implementation.
- Change Management – Oversee and manage change initiatives of varying complexity and risk, ensuring the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization.
- Communications Strategy – Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Deliver excellent stakeholder service, maintain effective communication, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to exceeding expectations. Build and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Problem Solving – Apply effective problem-solving techniques to simplify complex information, creating actionable insights and strategies for organizational change.
- External Insight – Participate in communities of practice with Change Management and Communication professionals in the wider team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches.
- Strategic Execution – Ensure all change management and communication activities are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives and oversee their successful implementation.
Requisitos
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of managing change initiatives of varying complexity and risk in a global organization.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies at a senior level in a global organization.
- Significant experience and skill in presenting to senior management through written and verbal channels.
- Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams.
- Experience in considering risks, evaluating alternatives, and encouraging input from others to effectively make decisions and plan mitigation tactics.
- Comfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrixed organization across diverse, global teams.
- Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environments.
Desirable Requirements:
- Change Management Certification
- Communications Certification
- Management Consulting experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent global and complex organization; experience working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
