- Develop and maintain COBOL programs for banking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in COBOL programming.
- Previous experience in the banking sector.
- Knowledge of core banking systems.
- Willingness and ability to learn other technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written (mandatory).
