What are we looking for?
- People with experience in Salesforce and Vlocity or with extensive experience in the Telecommunications Industry and interested in deepening in the Salesforce area.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- +3 years of SFDC or CRM implementation experience;
- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 1 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc;
- Experience architecting and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle SFDC implementations of CRM solutions;
- Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as may be required by customers;
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc);
- Good communication skills;
- Analytical capacity and approach, study and understanding of complex scenarios;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
