Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Have:

•10-14 years of experience

•In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderate and high complex problems

• Prior experience in the Digital Marketing and Advertising space is preferred for this role.

• The person should be an expert in identifying automation opportunities and redesigning processes with innovative solutions

• Should have strong background in data analysis or market research concepts with attention to detail

• The person should be skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirements

• Should have the ability to persuade and engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Good to have:

• Basic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or AppScript solutions independently

• The person should be capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomes.

• Understanding of Generative AI, AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, with the ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations
