We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.
An electricity distribution company in Portugal is hiring external services to support the conception, design, permitting, planning, and management of interventions in High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) networks. In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead this service.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams (10 to 30 people) on High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) network projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, financial objectives, and quality standards;
- You will manage the relationship with the client and internal communication regarding the contract, reporting progress, risks, and deviations;
- You will provide technical support to the team, especially in the initial phases, thanks to more than 10 years of experience in design, site management, and standardization of electrical projects. This profile combines leadership skills, contract management, and solid technical knowledge of HV/MV lines, regulations, and design tools.
- You will collaborate in team training and development.
Requisitos
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar;
- Experience and skills in project management and communication;
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, site management, and electrical project management;
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of HV/MV networks (≥60 kV), both overhead and underground, and in substations and switching stations;
- Proficiency in electrical network calculation software (DMElect or equivalent), PLS-CADD desirable;
- Knowledge of administrative permitting for electrical networks;
- Experience with project management / ERP tools (SAP desirable);
- Authorization to sign High and Medium Voltage projects;
- Training in occupational risk prevention, Safety and Health;
- Languages: Portuguese (native), high level of English and Spanish.
