Key Responsibilities:
- Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions;
- Develops go-to-market initiatives for Strategy & Consulting in the H&PS industry and leads end-to-end client negotiations;
- Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes to clients, including GEN AI tools;
- Effectively manages project teams with a focus on results and on delivering outstanding value for clients;
- Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration;
- Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be processes;
- Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings;
- Implement digital and operational transformation / reinvention programs.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications:
- Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory;
- Experience in public sector (public banking, public services, public transports, public utilities) is preferred;
- Relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions;
- Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication;
- Technological knowledge from a functional perspective;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
