We are currently seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Analyst who is looking for an exciting project with Accenture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration services through the ongoing day to day operational work;
- Manage the execution of a range of processes, including but not limited to professional internships, onboarding/off-boarding administration, contractual changes, absences, legal obligations;
- Employees document management, contract management and employee queries;
- Manage relationships and update information needed with external entities.
Requisitos
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Sciences or similar is required;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administrative processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and current best practices
- Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
