Trust & Safety Associate - Lert.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
The decisions that you make would impact your own work.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture;
Ability to work under pressure and tight SLAs with a high degree of efficiency and quality
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team;
Ability to work differing rotations-shifts and non-standard work hours;
Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment;

Having over 18 years of age;
Good skills level in the use of web browsing related tools. .
Location: Lisbon.

What are we looking for:

Primary skill - Microsoft Office
Market Language level C1 for German
English level B2 or above
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills;
Excellent comprehension, communication
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client guidelines;
Strong attention to detail;
Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams;
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; .
