Job Description
- Analyze and follow up claims reporting;
- Produce information to delivery to the client, experts and insurers;
- Control the reporting deadlines and add-hoc solicitations from team and insurers;
- Maintaining and improving business and operational reporting;
- Analyze, visualize and interpret data from multiple sources to derive insights and trends;
- Produce documentation, analysis and presentations to be shared with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proactively driving improvement by monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and highlighting risks;
- Performs data quality checks to verify data and reporting accuracy;
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and help support other teams across the business.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
- Degree in relevant field;
- +2 years working with data and reporting:
- Experience with property & casualty insurance business context (plus);
- Experience of extracting, analyzing & interpreting data sets;
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and problem-solving capabilities;
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently;
- Works well under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Meticulous, conscientious and committed to client service and reporting excellence;
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint and/or other data transformation and reporting tools (Power BI will be a plus);
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish will be a plus;
