-Build up and lead a Quality Assurance team to ensure performance standards are conducive to Client standards and all goals and objectives are met in a timely and organized fashion;

-Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery;

-Deploy and manage resources for testing;

-Apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team;

-Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement;

-Support the Quality Engineers in analyzing the issues they find and deducing the root cause;

-Ensure visibility and traceability of testing process to deliver high-quality software;

-Execute functional and business goals for the group. Anticipate process and operations-centric ideas, issues and opportunities to move the business forward;

-Oversee the development of technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools. Defines and implements consistent IT key performance indicators in order to enhance the operational focus of the IT department;

-Share information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes. Interact with direct reports and peers in management to share information and improve cross-departmental processes;

-Manage issues pro-actively, including timely resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities. Identify and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating;

-Develop budget for functional area. Manage budget for meeting/delivering against budgetary goals and objectives;

-Research and recommend new and emerging technologies and services within set budget that will enhance Company's overall business performance;

-Make recommendations regarding the operating plans for specified area of responsibility, then, based on prevailing conditions, realign the daily operations of assigned area;

-Prepare and present reports to all levels of leadership and staff;

-Ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.



-Several years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager;

-Ability to grasp complex dependencies between systems, quick understanding of complex processes, analytical skills;

-Ability to coach and coordinate teams, manage conflicts in a global and virtual environment;

-Familiarity with the most common test automation and test management tools;

-At ease with software testing methodologies;

-Excellent communication skills in English.
