We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Senior Analyst who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture.

Deliver all employee and labor relations related activities within Accenture. Serve as subject matter expert for Labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives. Review and revise policies according to business needs and employment legislation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Management of admission, dismissal and transfer of workers;
- Management of legal obligations of the company: mandatory communications to ACT, Social Security, etc.
- Management of Occupational Health Services;
- Management of Work Accident Insurance; 
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and monitor legal and regulatory compliances for employment law statutes with support from legal function
- Examine the need for new policies and procedures according to business needs, best practices and changes to legislation.
- Partner with stakeholders and provide guidance, counsel and solutions to People Advisors, Managers and employees on local employment law, performance, and policy
- Single point of contact and advisor for internal initiatives related to employees
- Oversee customer service level agreements and contractual obligations to ensure client satisfaction
- Responsible for coordination and deployment of policies and procedures and compliance and internal control processes

 

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 

- Graduate/Master degree (in Human Resource Management) or equivalent job experience

- 4-5 years’ experience in HR Labor Employee Relations

- SAP HR experience

- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law

- Good organizational skills, focusing on quality, processes and results

- Good negotiating and conflict management skills

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations

- Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with project teams collaboratively to address issues

- Fluent in English
