Responsibilities


- Meeting metrics

- Data analysis / Cross-checking of data from different sources

- Elaboration of graphics / tendencies

- Develop relationship with client counterparts

- Propose actions through conclusions

Qualifications


- Minimum experience of 5 years in Operation/Contact Center (Front and Back Office)

- Experience at Utilities area (Electricity/Gas)

- Good analytical skills: MS Powerpoint, MS Access, data analysis

- Experience in Contact Center applications (i.e. talkdesk, siebel)

- Knowledge in Contact Center concepts (mandatory)

- Knowledge in back office areas: hiring, billing, complaints, debt, collection

- Good communication skills: speech adequacy according to the interlocutors (either internal teams or client-facing)

- Dynamic, proactive, organized
