Duties and responsibilities

  • Pre-Training requirements: classroom, materials and trainer readiness
  • Appropriate and regular review and/or enhancement of the training content, materials and process
  • Development of new content not originally present in the trainings curriculum
  • Providing training: end to end training process (from NJ arrival to official transition to the production area)
  • Daily/weekly adjustment of training agenda
  • Review and/or development of tests/assessments
  • Creation, administration and analysis of proficiency exams
  • Preparing EOD reports about the performance according to expectations and requirements
  • Double validation for problematic items and quality reviews
  • Taking part in regular QTP deployment activities (team huddles, refresher sessions, individual programs)
  • Roll-out of policy updates and policy changes
  • Ongoing liaison with Operations, Quality Assurance and Policy teams to ensure calibration

  • Good computer applications skills (MSOffice)
