ACCENTURE OPERATIONS - SMB QUALITY ANALYST

 

Client facing role working with a large team of professionals. You are responsible for and own the quality and policy compliance agenda for our delivery of service to client as per contractual agreement, while managing all aspects of the team’s quality training, strategy, forecasting and delivery of quality excellence.

 

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships
  • Responsibility and ownership for the delivery of Quality Metrics for all individuals on the team
  • Responsible for supporting quality programs of other teams
  • Responsible for embedding new processes and workflows into the team to drive quality
  • Drive continuous improvement and value add initiatives
  • Responsibility for meeting the obligations established within the contract
  • Ensure process documentation complete and robust
  • Coaching and developing the skills of team members
  • Ownership of serious quality issue resolution and escalation management
  • Creation and delivery of quality course correction plans for the team and individuals
  • Reporting to team management on risks to metric attainment with solutions to overcome/course correct
  • Responsibility to deliver input into team members’ formal evaluation processes with TL

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in an outsourced / operations environment with multilingual teams
  • Multi party management i.e. subcontractors, client, other vendors etc.
  • Demonstration of ability to meet SLA’s / metrics
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Excellent coaching ability
  • Ability to work in a process-driven high demand environment
  • Service focused with ability to meet targets on a continuing basis
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities across different business activities.
