Massimo (Max) Morielli is president of Europe for Accenture Song. In this role, he is responsible for defining the strategy and vision, overseeing business growth and building the practice and team across Europe. Max joined the role from his previous position as Accenture Digital lead in Italy, Central Europe and Greece.
Based in Italy, Max brings with him a wealth of experience and passion in helping clients transform their business through digital technologies. He joined Accenture in 1994 and became managing director in 2005. During his time, Max has taken on various roles such as leading large-scale transformational projects in Italy, France, Turkey and Brazil. He was the Italy, Greece, Emerging Markets (IGEM) Media & Entertainment Lead, where he managed client portfolios within Accenture Communications, Media & Technology, and was responsible for full business management.

Max reports to David Droga and works alongside North America market lead Bob Markham and Growth Market lead Flaviano Faleiro. His promotion to president of Europe was part of the changes to Accenture's growth model and Global Management Committee, announced in January 2020.
